Guest House Rules
1.Rooms may only be occupied by guests who have properly registered at the guest house. Other persons are
not allowed to enter the accommodation area without the consent of the reception staff.
2. Guests may not move furniture, make repairs, or interfere with the electrical network or other installations in
the rooms or common areas without the consent of the guest house staff.
3. Guests may receive visitors only between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., with the consent of the reception staff.
Outside of these hours, only registered guests and guest house employees are allowed access to the
premises.
4. Guests must vacate their room no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in
advance. If the guest fails to do so, the guest house reserves the right to charge for an additional night or to
remove the guest’s belongings from the room without their consent.
5. The guest house is not responsible for items brought in by the guest or for any damage to items left
unattended. The guest house is only liable for money and valuables if they have been accepted for
safekeeping against a written confirmation. Otherwise, the guest house does not accept liability for any loss
or damage.
6. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property of the guest house, in accordance with
applicable laws. The guest must compensate any damage caused unless they can prove they were not at
fault. This obligation also applies to damage discovered after the guest’s departure.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas of the guest house, except in designated
smoking areas. In case of violation, the guest house reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of CZK 2,000.
8. In case of loss of the guest card or room key, the guest is required to report the incident to the reception
without delay. If the guest fails to do so, the guesthouse is not liable for any damage resulting from the loss of
the card or key. A fee of CZK 100 will be charged for any lost or damaged card or key, which must be paid
before departure.
9. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During this time, guests must not stay in hallways,
stairways, or other non-room areas, and must avoid disturbing other guests with noise.
10. For safety and operational reasons, the guest house reserves the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a
stay with immediate effect, or deny entry or service to individuals whose behavior violates standards of
respectful and considerate conduct toward other guests or staff. This applies especially to persons who:
a) excessively disturb or offend other guests,
b) use or distribute narcotic or psychotropic substances,
c) are under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
d) engage in door-to-door sales or unauthorized business activities,
e) harass others with inappropriate gestures, direct sexual offers, or similar conduct,
f) use common areas for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
11. Guests are obliged to comply with these house rules throughout their stay. In the event of serious violation of
the rules or acceptable behavior, the guest house may terminate the stay immediately, even before the
agreed departure date. In such cases, the guest is not entitled to a refund and must leave the premises
without delay.
12. By staying at the guest house, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by
these rules for the duration of their stay
